Hello! I'm Luca Dusio, currently brand guardian/manager at Plenitude, a company fully owned by Eni SpA, is active in renewable energy production, energy sales and energy solutions for households, apartment blocks and businesses and provides an extensive network of charging points for electric vehicles.

With 15 years of experience in the creative/visual field, I worked for 10 years for the media giant Viacom (currently Paramount) where I reached the position of creative director for all the Mtv and Nickelodeon’s channels of Center and Southern Europe, Africa and Middles East. This allowed me, on the one hand, to gain a solid experience on running international huge brands across several countries with constant implementations and developments - including managing an international team in Milan, Madrid, Berlin and Amsterdam - and on the other hand, to understand the deep importance of having a 360° vision of the brand itself: its success depends not only on the visual aspect, but also on the consistency of the message, its reputation and the overall customer experience.

In my most recent roles, both as creative director and brand guardian/manager, I have worked with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that all aspects of the brand work in harmony to achieve the consistency and coherence that is essential for a brand to perform at its best, overseeing the production and direction of multiple assets for on-air, digital, print and online (branding, promotion, show packages, commercials, animated and static visuals, motion graphics).

I am a creative and strategic thinker, curious about new trends in visual/branding/communication, a firm believer in teamwork, as the combination of different cultural backgrounds and skills can create something unique. But I do also think that a positive work environment can inspire confidence, establish and sustain positive relationships, improve the quality of what we’re producing.
